Soudal had an excellent year in 2015 with new records in turnover and net result. Soudal continues its strong growth strategy with an increase in turnover of 12%, of which the net result increased to €23m. Soudal has 54 subsidiaries and 15 production units worldwide.

SOUDAL confirms its strategic vision by expanding into the Scandinavion region. As of February 10th 2016, Soudal acquires full majority in Proflex Trading AB, its former importer. Proflex becomes the 54th Soudal branch worldwide.

Soudal announces the opening of three new affiliates in Thailand, Vietnam and Morocco. These new offices are part of Soudals strategy to be present in all continents with their own employees and subsidiaries.

Soudal announces the full acquisition of Tenachem (Latvia), a leading producer of sealants specially developed for sealing double glazed units.

Soudal heeft in 2014 een nieuw recordjaar neergezet met een omzetgroei van 15.4%. Bij een geconsolideerde omzet van 565 mio € en met 2.195 medewerkers wereldwijd steeg het netto resultaat tot 21.7 mio €.
